Description
Pick up from the hotel to go towards the Domeyko mountain range, where the first stop is an introduction to the history and archaeological heritage (petroglyphs) of the region and the old trade and communication routes. The second part of the route is a circuit of ravines or small canyons with geological formations sculpted by water, wind and temperature changes, among others. On this tour we will appreciate formations that resemble gorges, amphitheaters and slides. Once the exploration in the Domeyko mountain range is finished, we will return to the main route to continue along an interior path known as the plain of patience to head to our third stop, the Lagunas Escondidas de Baltinache, which is a small park with 7 lagoons. managed by a local indigenous community. The visit to these Lagoons allows contemplation walks to observe the different shades of the water due to the presence of minerals, in addition to experiencing the sensation of floating due to the high density of salts in one of the lagoons suitable for bathing. Lunch in the area designated for eating. After lunch, we continue to our fourth stop in the Cordillera de la Sal, where the circuit includes the famous 'Micro', viewpoints, walks through dunes with one of the most representative landscapes of San Pedro de Atacama and a Chesse & Wine cocktail. to end at sunset and return to San Pedro de Atacama.Includes
