DAY 1 1 Uyuni Begin your tour at 10:30 am with a trip to the Salar de Uyuni. Meeting time: 10:00 a.m. m. Meeting point: Our office in Uyuni, 1 block from the Bus Terminal 2 'Train Cemetery', which is located on the outskirts of Uyuni. See the first locomotives in Bolivia and learn about their history, which connected several important cities. Now, corroded over time by the strong salt winds that run through this desert area, this makes for a great photo backdrop. 3 Colchani Then visit the small settlement of Colchani, there you will also find crafts made of salt, and textile art made with llama and alpaca wool. These are great souvenirs to take home. 4 Salar de Uyuni Take photos as you cruise across the vast white expanse of salt, stroll through the 'Ojos de Agua Salada', then a hotel made entirely of salt currently used as a museum. 5 Incahuasi Island After a morning of exploring, lunch will be served near 'Incahuasi Island', then you will have time to hike to the top of the island to see giant cacti and rock formations made of petrified coral. 6 Uyuni Salt Flats Next, take photos, set on the blinding white surface of the salt flats, you can be sure to take some memorable photos! Finally, head to a spacious area to watch a beautiful sunset over the salt flats, spreading its dazzling colors throughout the salt flats, enjoying it with a glass of wine. DAY 2 Chiguana Salt Flats Start at 7:00 am for breakfast and Galaxy Caves and then go to visit the Chiguana Desert on the Salar de Uyuni south side, surrounded by volcanoes such as Ollagüe, which is still active and which can be seen from the viewpoint. Then, continue along the rocky path called “El Pasito Tuntun”. 7 R N Eduardo Avaroa: visit Lagunas de Cañapa, Hedionda and Chiarcota where you can see flamingos. After lunch, enter the 'Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve' and the Siloli Desert, take a photo next to the 'Rock Tree'. 8 Laguna Colorada Before reaching the final destination, the Laguna Roja viewpoint to see more pink flamingos and admire this deep red lake. Spend the night in a hotel in Huayllajara DAY 3 9 Start early around 5:00 am to visit the Sol de Mañana geyser and walk alongside fumaroles and smoking craters filled with pots of boiling mud at 150-200 Cº 10 Polques Hot Springs Then, have the opportunity to take a bath in an open-air hot spring at 35 Cº water. 11 Salvador Dali Desert The next places to appreciate are the Dalí Desert, where Salvador Dalí found inspiration for him in the rocks scattered in the middle of the desert. 12 Eduardo Avaroa national reserve, the Green and White Lagoon. Then return to Uyuni passing through beautiful landscapes along the way and passing through Rock Valley, the settlement of Alota and the town of San Cristóbal, where you can see a baroque church and colonial paintings. 15 Uyuni Arrival in the town of Uyuni at 6:30 p.m.
