La Calma, a simple and cozy place, which has a large outdoor terrace, where Layera prepares only what the sea gives it every day. For this, he works hand in hand with artisanal fishermen from coves that go between San Antonio and Los Vilos and, of course, with divers and shellfish harvesters, who bring him the best marine products that, until twelve hours ago, were swimming happily in the sea. .

For the same reason, the menu changes all the time. Some days you can find manta rays, logfish and sardines; others, the best albacores, mussels and clams. And, sometimes, luxury products that are difficult to find elsewhere, such as the precious chochas: a delicate mollusk that is abundant in the Coquimbo Region, with a fresh, creamy and elegant flavor.
