Restaurant Squella Located in a mansion on Ricardo Cumming Avenue, just a couple of blocks from the Alameda, for four decades Squella Restaurant has maintained a demanding clientele loyal to its main products: the freshest and best oysters, crabs and lobsters. Talking about Squella then means talking about a tradition linked to quality and good taste. Founded in 1974 by who has been considered one of the precursors in the sale of oysters in Santiago, Mr. Vicente Eduardo Squella Ruíz, this restaurant received at least four different administrations until reaching the hands of its current owners, who have placed the emphasis on the renewal of the business, both in the gastronomic field and in the physical structure of the premises. A true reflection of this is an improved offering that presents dishes between fish and seafood of the highest quality, as well as the care and modification of the different rooms that make up the restaurant.
